I am an applied microeconomist and behavioral economist who utilizes experimental and causal inference techniques in my research. My current research interests are in Labor Economics, Development Economics, Entrepreneurship and Diversity.

My past research have been supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF SES #: 2215203 ), iFree, PEDL, The University of Arkansas Department of Economics, The University of Arkansas Barbara Lofton Office of Diversity and Inclusion and the Walton Business Behavioral Research Laboratory.
